Located in the classic building designed by Mariano Bayón in the 1970s for the headquarters of Banco Santander, the apartment starts with a privileged position offering views of the city. The openings are covered with a canopy that gives the building’s facade a strong identity while filtering light from less favorable orientations, also providing privacy. The intervention involved restructuring the domestic program for a more open and connected lifestyle, with through spaces that encourage circulation along the facade, allowing for diagonal views of the spectacular surroundings. In the interior areas, curved recesses and indirect lighting contribute to the sense of fluidity and continuity with the exterior, enhancing the overall experience of the home.
