The Dutch student housing company Holland2Stay arrives in Granada with a project featuring 357 rooms of different types. The proposal for the residential units, starting at 22 square meters, aims to create a versatile housing system organized around a multifunctional table to accommodate study, dining, and social activities. The storage and kitchen package is designed in a single linear volume, finished with a curved edge and open to appear lighter visually. At the same time, the colors and geometries in the paintings and furniture provide identity and weight to a deliberately neutral and calm atmosphere.
