How can the identity of an intimate, serene and recognisable brand be translated into a commercial space that can be repeated without losing character? The proposal for Gisela, developed together with Tailor Retail Makers, responds to this question through a functional, ordered and replicable spatial system. It moves beyond a purely scenographic approach to create a store adaptable to different locations, improving product readability, simplifying assembly and maintenance, and ensuring a coherent customer experience.

The system is articulated through a family of solid surface display supports, a material that allows transparency and visual lightness. The pieces are based on a repeated “L” shape that changes position, generating different configurations from the same rule. Behind them, a layer of curtains acts as a backdrop, adding depth and softening the perimeter without competing with the product.

At the centre, a singular piece appears: a versatile element that works as display, storage and seating. Starting from the idea of a “table”, it acquires a sculptural and recognisable character without losing its functional condition. It is an active node that structures the moments of observation, pause and choice along the customer journey.

The ceiling is resolved through a grid of acoustic panels that adds depth and blurs the technical installations above. Transparencies, controlled light, soft surfaces and serene tones in the sage green range build a recognisable and comfortable atmosphere.

The result is a retail proposal understood as a system: clear, flexible and sensory, where Gisela’s identity is built through order, repetition, materiality and the experience of the product.
